‘Golden Alert’ issued for missing 21-year-old Laurel County man

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Laurel County Sheriff’s office has issued a ‘Golden Alert’ Saturday for a missing, 21-year-old man, with reported mental disabilities.

Dustin Manning was last seen off Boggs Lane, six miles south of London on April 28th at 10:38 P.M.

Deputies say he was last seen wearing tan pants, a green t-shirt, gray tennis shoes and possibly a camouflage hat.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Laurel County sheriff’s office
