Gov. Beshear reports COVID positivity rate below 7%, again

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Governor Andy Beshear reported on Saturday that the COVID-19 positivity rate is 6.87 percent.

There were 769 new cases. Currently 1,059 Kentuckians are hospitalized. 266 people are in the ICU and 143 on ventilators, according to the Governors office.

19 new deaths were reported. This brings the total of deaths to 4,272.
