PARIS, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Bourbon County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim in Sunday’s fatal shooting as 38-year-old Clint Banks.

Banks died from a gunshot wound. He apparently was shot Sunday morning. The coroner says Banks died at about 8 a.m. after being shot and taken to the local hospital.
PARIS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people have bee charged in connection with a fatal shooting
Sunday in Paris.
According to Paris Police, 27-year-old Jairum Tyshaun Cloud, of Paris, is charged with murder and evidence tampering and his girlfriend, 37-year-old Kendra Snyder, is charged with evidence tampering in connection with the case.
Cloud remains in jail on a $100,000 cash bond, according to Bourbon County Detention Center records. Snyder does not appear to still be in jail, according to those records.
Paris Police Department and Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office responded Sunday to a shooting at 400 Turner St. The victim was transported to the hospital, but died from his injuries.
According to police, an altercation between the victim and Cloud led to a second incident where Cloud is suspected of shooting the victim, who has not been named.
This case is still being investigated.
