Man indicted for two deaths in February crash

CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 39-year-old Clay County man is indicted in connection with the death of two men in a February traffic accident.

David Tipton remains in the Clay County Jail where he has been since being arrested for DUI and other offenses on June 30, more than four months after the Feb. 9 accident.

In that crash, Marshall McQueen, the other driver, was pronounced dead at the scene ad his brother, Melvin McQueen, was airlifted to UK hospital where he died on February 25.

Tipton was indicted Sept. 3 by the Clay County Grand Jury.
