Kentucky woman pleads guilty in death of white supremacist


CINCINNATI, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Kentucky woman pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with a car crash that killed a white supremacist leader, according to court records.

Emily Sherry entered her plea Thursday in the 2018 death of Robert Ransdell, according to court records.

Police say Sherry was driving under the influence when she veered into oncoming traffic and hit Ransdell’s car in Newport.

Ransdell led a white supremacist group based in Cincinnati and ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky in 2014.
