Police: Man fires shots into bar after being kicked out, one injured


LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say a man is in custody and another is injured after a shooting at a bar Wednesday night.

Police say George Frakes was kicked out of the Office Lounge on Eastland Parkway for being too drunk.

Witnesses told police they saw Frakes walk to his car, get a hand gun, then fire shots into the bar.

Police say a short time after the shooting, a man showed up at the hospital with saying he has been grazed by bullets to his arm and torso during the shooting at the Office Lounge.

The man told police he ran out the back of the bar during the shooting and drove himself to the hospital. He is expected to be okay.
