GRAYSON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a Grayson man tried to have three people connected to a murder case killed.
State Police say back on April 29, investigators received a tip about a person who was soliciting murder.
They say is started after 29-year-old Matthew Kelley was charged with the murder of 81-year-old Bradley Duncan in Carter County back in October 2018.
State Police say Kelley tried have a detective, a trooper and a witness in the case killed.
Kelley was charged with three counts of solicitation of murder.
On July 12, Kelley was indicted on the charges by the Carter County Grand Jury.
