Student found guilty of threatening shooting at Dunbar High School

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A student accused of threatening a school shooting at Dunbar High School in Lexington has been found guilty, according to the the Lexington Herald Leader.

Police officers revealed in court Felker had bought armor-piercing bullets before making threats against the school in February 2018.

Police say they arrested Felker just days after Dunbar received tips about his threats, thereby stopping anything from happening.

The prosecution also brought into evidence images Felker had “liked” on social media that contained references to school shootings.

He could face up to five years in prison.
