Warren County man barricades himself, and his infant daughter for hours

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Warren County man barricaded himself and his eighteen month old daughter in a house, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say they were responding to a domestic violence call when they found Thomas Moss, armed, and locked up in the home.

According to Warren County Sheriff’s Office, it took hours of negotiations to get Moss to cooperate.

The baby was not hurt during the incident.

Moss is charged with assault and wanton endangerment, he being held in the Warren County Detention Center.
