LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Laurel County Deputy got a bit more than he expected when he was trying to pull over 26-year-old Justin Donley a few miles south of London Friday night when Donley suddenly sped off.
According to Laurel County Deputies, this led to a two county high speed chase, at times over 100 MPH.
The chase went through Downtown Corbin.
According to deputies, Donley hit one car, but no one was injured.
Multiple agencies assisted in his arrest south of Corbin near Woodbine after he crashed his vehicle on U.S. Highway 25.
Donley is currently at the Laurel County Detention Center. He is charged with speeding, fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, and wanton endangerment.
