Sheriff asking for help finding missing Metcalfe Co. man


METCALFE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office says it is trying to locate a Metcalfe County man who has been missing since last month.

According to the sheriff, Adam D. McCoy was last seen May 24 leaving his home on Glen Shaw Road.

He was driving his 1984 blue and gray GMC pick-up truck, with KY license plate 251-YZC.

The sheriff says McCoy has not contacted any members of his family since he left his home.

McCoy is described as 6’ tall, weighing approximately 190 lbs with green eyes and brown hair, with a tattoo of a Confederate flag and an eagle on his right shoulder.
