Troopers still searching for man accused of breaking into home, shooting woman

LESLIE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police are still looking for the man they believe broke into a home and shot a woman on May 19th.

Investigators are looking for 51-year-old Richard Dickerson. They say he will be charged with assault, burglary, and wanton endangerment.

Dickerson is described as 6-feet-tall, 198 pounds, blue eyes and is balled.

Officials say Dickerson is considered armed and dangerous, and the public is urged not to approach him.

LESLIE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police say they are still looking for the suspect of a burglary on Sunday Morning in Leslie County, where they say a woman was shot.

Investigators say a man and woman woke up to an unknown man in their home around 3 a.m. Sunday. The intruder shot at them, causing life-threatening injuries to the woman. The woman was taken to the hospital.The intruder left the scene on an ATV.
