Deputies say Lovitt went into the Walmart Tuesday morning and confronted the mother of his child, who works at the store.

Investigators say when the store manager tried to have Lovitt removed from the business, Lovitt assaulted him.  Deputies say when another employee tried to pull Lovitt off the manager, Lovitt put a knife to the employee’s throat and made the threat of killing everyone there.

Deputies say Lovitt then ran out of the store, but was captured and arrested a short time later by Williamsburg Police.  He was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
