PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Several Eastern Kentucky search crews are trying to cover huge stretches of the Kentucky River for a missing man in Perry County.
The sheriff’s office says crews have been searching for Danny “Tin Can” Napier for a week.
They believe he may have fallen into the Kentucky River.
Last week’s flooding made it hard to search for him, but now water levels are lower.
Squads from several counties are trying to search about thirty miles of river in case weather gets in the way.
