Lexington Police investigating armed robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)-Lexington police are investigating a Saturday morning robbery at gunpoint.

Officers say a man told them two men came up to him as he waited for a friend in a car on Edmond Street near Manchester Music Hall around midnight Saturday.

The man told officers one of the men held a gun up to him as the other took his backpack and wallet.

The two men then ran away.

No one was hurt, but police continue to look for suspects.
