WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A community came together to support a woman who is battling stage four cancer.
On Kassie Kline’s birthday in July, she found out she had stage three esophageal cancer.
Since then, her cancer has been spreading and has moved to stage four.
When Kline was diagnosed, her hometown in Winchester held a benefit that raised about $20,000 and her friends and family are doing it again.
“I had no idea how many people like truly cared and poured their hearts out like they did the last time and of course this time too. Thank you will never be enough,” said Kassie Kline.
Kline says the money has given her husband the chance to be home and take care of her.
