When they got there, they found one of the owners, 53-year-old Rodriguez Angulo, had largely doused the flames, but he reportedly got angry when police and fire crews needed him to leave the restaurant.

He was arrested and charged with intoxication and disorderly conduct. The fire was contained in the bathroom. No one was hurt.
