2018 was record year for pedestrian deaths in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Lexington Police Department says more pedestrians were hit and killed in Lexington in 2018 (14 total) than any other year since the city began tracking those statistics in 1996.

The previous high was 10 in 2008 and 2016, according to Lexington Police statistics.
