LPD: Man steals his own paycheck

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a man is in trouble for stealing his own paycheck.

Arrest documents say back on August 18th, 22-year-old Khalil Frazier broke into a locked office at the Jennifer Place apartments where he worked.

Management at the apartments say the only thing Frazier took was his own paycheck.

Documents say management found that strange because his paycheck was not being deliberately withheld and that they just couldn’t meet with him to give him the check.

Court documents say Frazier did about $100 worth of damage to the officer trying to get into it.

Frazier is also accused of stealing items from a lawn care business the following month and posting the items for sale on Facebook.
