LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Intermittent lane closures are scheduled for thermoplastic markings to be installed at various intersections in Lexington, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
The work is scheduled from Sunday, July 23 through Thursday, July 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each day, according to the state.
The work is scheduled on Tates Creek Road between Montclair/Lakewood and Sunset/Cochran.
Work will also be done on Euclid Avenue between Ashland Avenue and Woodland Avenue and on Nicholasville Road between Lexington Green/Canary and Bolivar.
Motorists should be aware of short-term stoppages and signage directing of the work.
The work schedule is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
