Police say they were also called to a nearby business on North Limestone just a few hours before.

Video surveillance from the businesses show the suspect with red shoes and a black hat with a blue brim.

Court documents say a man matching the description was spotted on Limestone Street and Loudon Avenue. After a chase, police arrested 51-year-old Lawrence Pitney.

He is charged with two counts of burglary, criminal mischief and fleeing and evading.
