FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lane E. Boldman, Executive Director of the Kentucky Conservation Committee, will discuss “Climate Change: Impact on Kentucky and the World” at a program in Frankfort on Monday.

The discussion will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Paul Sawyier Library, located at 319 Wapping Street.

Organizers say Boldman will highlight how energy trends in Kentucky and nationwide have contributed to climate change, and what cities are attempting to do about it.

The meeting is free and the public is invited to attend

The program is sponsored by the Frankfort Chapter of the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA,) now beginning its 37th year of providing free international education programs for the Frankfort community.
