2016 36 Blitz: Frankfort Panthers

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Frankfort Panthers finished 3-9 in 2015.  After three straight double-digit win campaigns, and the worst record since going 3-7 in 2001, it’s time to get back on track in the capital city.
