2 plead guilty in Laurel Co. drug investigation

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people pleaded guilty on Thursday in U.S. Federal Court in connection to drug investigations initiated by the Laurel Co. Sheriff.

The two individuals are Robert “Turtle” McFadden, 39, and Wendy Barlow Casteel, 39, both of London.

The two admitted guilt on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

McFadden received a sentence of 204 months imprisonment, while Casteel received 144 months.
