2 die in Estill County house fire

IRVINE, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky State Police say two people have died in a house fire in Estill County.

State police say the cause of the fire and the deaths are still under investigation. The victims’ names have not been released.

Police say the Richmond KSP post was alerted to the fire shortly before 7 p.m. EDT Saturday.

Authorities say Estill County firefighters located the two victims in the residence.
