2 charged with harassing people at Ghost Run
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Two men have been arrested after police say set out to scare and hit up people for money outside a Halloween-themed strip called Ghost Run in Louisville.
Police told WDRB-TV (http://bit.ly/1rH5wlw ) that 43-year-old David Wayne Smith and 34-year-old Shontae Bishop were following and harassing a group of people who were participating in the festivities downtown just before 7 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the men were asking for money and "making disparaging comments toward the females in the group."
Police say several in the group got scared and ran into a restaurant. Employees of the restaurant then called police.
Police say they were only a block away and were able to arrest both men quickly. They were charged with disorderly conduct.
It was unclear if either had an attorney.
