$10K in items stolen, $30K in damages at Reynolds Self Storage

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – In only 17 minutes, thieves broke into 29 storage units, making off with an estimated 10 grand worth of items, and causing around $30,000 worth in damage, says the owner of Reynolds Self Storage.

The owner said the thieves were caught by the security cameras, breaking first into their own two storage units around 3 a.m. before continuing with 27 others.

“We have been broken into before, but this it the first time it’s happened like this,” she said.
