100-year-old home catches fire Sunday afternoon

ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Multiple fire crews responded to a house fire this afternoon in Estill County.

The family was out of the home when it happened around 3 p.m. Sunday, officials say.

The cause of the fire hasn’t been released yet, but fire fighters say the home is a total loss.

In a Facebook post, the Red Lick Volunteer Fire Department said the home was 100 years old.
