100 dogs relocated after breeder gets out of business

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Paws 4 the Cause is urgently seeking donations after relocating more than 100 dogs from a local breeder who is exiting the business. The shelter worked with the breeder this month to ensure the animals were moved to a safe environment.

Many of the dogs will soon be available for adoption at the Paws 4 the Cause location on Newtown Pike. The move required extensive dental work, medical care, and getting all the dogs up to date on their vaccinations.
