$1 million Powerball ticket sold in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Lottery says a ticket sold in Lexington for Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing matched all five white ball winning numbers but not the Powerball.

That means one lucky person won the game’s second prize of $1 million.

There was also a $150,000 winning ticket from the Powerball drawing sold in Owensboro.

The names of the stores where the tickets were sold have not been released.

The winning Powerball number from last night’s drawing are:

3 – 57 – 64 – 68 – 69, with a Powerball of 15

The Kentucky Lottery says this is the third $1 million winner in Kentucky in the past 10 days.

On October 8, Ashley Eggen of Elizabethtown won a $1 million prize in the Mega Millions drawing.

On Wednesday, Ronnie Parker of Dawson Springs cashed a $1 million ticket from Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing.

Powerball now rolls to an estimated $430 million for Friday’s drawing, while the Mega Millions jackpot for tomorrow night has swelled to $900 million. This will be the second largest lottery jackpot ever offered in US history.
