1 dead from smoke inhalation after overnight Lexington fire
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — A Lexington man died from smoke inhalation due to a fire overnight Monday.
Damon Edens’ death was ruled an accident from this incident, according to Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn.
He was 47.
The fire happened at 130 West New Circle Road around 12:30 a.m. on Monday.
Edens was found inside a shed that was on fire, the Lexington Fire Department said.
The origin and cause of the fire are both under investigation.
