LPD: Teen assaults man accused of sexually abusing girlfriend

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man is found beaten and is then arrested by Lexington police.

According to court documents, 43-year-old Soto Soto-Palacios was found lying in a hallway after he was beaten up by a 15-year-old.

Documents say that 15-year-old told police he beat up him up after he was told Soto-Palacios sexually abused his 14-year-old girlfriend.

The female victim told police Soto-Palacios touched her inappropriately on two occasions.

Soto-Palacios is charged with sexual abuse.
