Crash on HWY 151 in Anderson Co.

ANDERSON CO., Ky. (WTVQ) – Another tractor-trailer has crashed on a troublesome portion of road in Anderson Co.

According to the Anderson News, the truck overturned on HWY 151, more commonly known as Graefenburg Road.

The driver sustained only minor injuries.

Back in January, ABC 36 featured a story about local residents petitioning to have an engineering study done of the highway, hoping the study would show that high-speed traffic and weigh-load limits exceed current standards.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says there were 88 accidents on Graefenburg Road between 2012 and 2014.
