BLEDSOE, Ky. (WTVQ) – According to the Kentucky State Police, 73-year-old Donald Anadell, of Bledsoe, has died from the injuries he received when the 2014 Chevrolet pickup he was driving crashed into a rear of a school bus in Harlan County Tuesday afternoon.
He’d been flown to Johnson City Medical Center following the accident and died there.

BLEDSOE, Ky. (WTVQ) – On Tuesday around at 3 p.m., Kentucky State Police received a call about a two-vehicle collision involving a school bus on East Highway 221 in the Bledsoe community of Harlan County.
Initial investigation indicates the school bus was stopped on Highway 221 dropping off a kid when a 2014 Chevrolet pickup driven by 73-year-old Donald Anadell, of Bledsoe, rear-ended the bus, troopers said.
Investigators report Anadell was flown from the scene to Johnson City Medical Center for critical injuries. No kids or the bus driver were injured.
Collision remains under investigation by KSP.
