I-75 South now clear after a horse fell out of a trailer, stopping traffic

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – I-75 Southbound near exit 118 is moving again after a horse stopped traffic.

According to police a horse was traveling inside a horse trailer on I-75 when it was somehow spooked by something.

Police say the horse kicked down the door, broke free and fell out of the trailer onto the highway, stopping traffic.

The horse was euthanized because of its injuries.
