“We are calling on behalf of the University of Kentucky and UK HealthCare to confirm your upcoming COVID-19 vaccine appointment at Kroger Field. Though the forecast calls for inclement winter weather, we plan to remain open. If that changes, we will contact you. You may be standing outside for a few minutes as you wait to check in. To shorten the length of time you’re outside, we ask that IF you arrive early, please wait in your car and do NOT get in line to check in more than 10 minutes before your assigned check-in time. You will not lose your appointment, and you will receive your vaccine. Again, your appointment is confirmed. Please take extra precautions to be safe upon arrival at Kroger Field. If you have any questions, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 859-218-0111. Again, that’s email@example.com or call 859-218-0111.”
