Police: Lexington home invasion likely not random

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say a home invasion and robbery at an apartment complex Monday night on Red Mile Road likely wasn’t random; the people involved knew each other.

Officers say around 5:20 p.m. 23-year-old Michael Goddard entered an apartment at 845 Red Mile Road and demanded money.

He faces several charges including intimidating a participant in the legal process, possession of marijuana, and using restricted ammo during a felony without firing shots.
