LAKE CHARLES, LA (WTVQ) – Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief has crews deployed to some of the hardest hit areas of Louisiana following the devastation caused by Hurricane Laura.
In hard hit Lake Charles, teams are cutting fallen trees and clearing debris.
A feeding team and mobile kitchen also deployed to areas without power, water and sewage.
Chainsaw teams went to Deville to help clear trees and debris along with bringing healing, help and hope to the many victims of the storm.
The group says they’re accepting monetary donations as well as training volunteers for disaster relief. You can find more information HERE.
