Part of interstate closed for hours after deadly wreck in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The interstate is open again in Northern Kentucky after a deadly crash involving a commercial vehicle.

it happened around 6:30 Sunday morning on I54 northbound in Grant County, according to the Transportation Cabinet.

The person who died hasn’t been identified.

Parts of the road were blocked into the afternoon with all lanes finally opening up by 1:30.
