BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Labor Cabinet says a Indiana man violated Kentucky child labor laws by allowing minors to work twelve hour days, with minimal breaks or access to food and water.

The cabinet says Shawn Floyd employed twelve minors, seven of which were under the age of 14, and some as young as 12 years old in July 2019 in Bowling Green.
