According to deputies, with the help of the Mount Sterling Police, Winchester Police and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Church was stopped and arrested at exit 97.  They say he had meth on him at the time of his arrest.  He faces drug and other charges, according to investigators.

Deputies say one of Church’s passengers was arrested on charges, including burglary.  She was identified as 20-year-old McKenzie Artrip, of Jeffersonville.

Both suspects were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
