CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Deputies say a Tennessee man fired a gun inside a Knox County home and then left the scene in a stolen vehicle that he later crashed.
Kentucky State Police say on Friday around 9:30 p.m., deputies were sent to a home on Dixon Drive in Corbin for a report of shots fired.
Before getting there, deputies say the suspect, 26-year-old Justin Marlowe, left the home and they found him outside another home on Foxwood Drive in Corbin.
Investigators say Marlowe had shot a gun inside the home on Dixon Drive where there were three other adults and three children.
Deputies say Marlowe assaulted two of the adults and before leaving the home, shot a tire out on a vehicle parked in the driveway.
After arresting Marlowe, deputies say they learned that the vehicle he crashed, a late model Dodge diesel truck, had been reported stolen in Tennessee.
Marlowe is charged with wanton endangerment, assault, and several other offenses, according to deputies.
