Greenup County man accused of raping young girl


GREENUP, Ky. (WTVQ) – According to court records, a Greenup County man, 52-year-old Mark Miller or Argillite, has been indicted on multiple rape, sodomy and sexual abuse charges after investigators say he recorded the rape of a 16-year-old girl.

Kentucky State Police say in December of 2019 investigators also found Miller first raped the girl when she was 11 years old then continued to abuse her until she was 16 when the crime was committed.

Investigators say on February 18, a Greenup County Grand Jury handed down an indictment. KSP says Miller was arrested after a short standoff with troopers.
