Cold temperatures once again dominated the forecast across the Bluegrass with morning lows in the lower 20s and mostly sunny skies. Warmer temperatures will stream into the region Wednesday and Thursday.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Tonight, clearing skies and a light wind out of the north will send temperatures to the upper teens and wind chills down to the single digits.
Thursday will be another calm day with mostly sunny skies with some areas of increasing cloud cover and warmer temperatures.
Weather will remain calm and cold. Temperatures will slowly rise a few degrees each day making into the mid 40 by the end of the week, by that time another rainy system will be on deck. We could see a wintry mix on the backside of the storm system.
