LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man has died after being shot in the neck Wednesday evening in Lexington.
According to court documents, 25-year-old Jaquan St Louis is accused of shooting the victim in the neck, but told officers he thought the gun wasn’t loaded.
Police say the victim died after being taken to the hospital.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is in the hospital with serious injuries after police say he was found shot in a home.
Lexington police say the man was found shot inside a home on Rambling Creek Drive, just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. They say he was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say they haven’t determined what led up to the shooting. Officers say they questioned people at the scene, but are still looking for a suspect.
This is the fourth reported shooting in the city in just the last three days.
