KSP: Georgia man charged with child sexual exploitation offense


MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police says a Georgia man has been charged after sending sexually explicit messages and photos with a juvenile in the school system.

Troopers say 46-year- old Eric Elmore of Columbus, GA was arrested after an investigation showed Elmore was traveling to Morehead to meet with the juvenile for sexual relations.

State Police say Elmore is charged with Conspiracy to commit Rape in the 3rd degree among other charges along with other charges pending.

He is currently lodge in the Rowan County Detention Center
