Seven women and one man claim the jailer has been inappropriate at work since May 2015.

The eight employees claim the jailer, Robert Wilson, inappropriately touched, hugged, and kissed them. It continues to say he made sexually suggestive comments.

The lawsuit says Wilson sent texts requesting sexual favors and shared nude photos of women including at least one who works at the jail.

The employees believe these actions have limited them and others from being hired or promoted.

The male employee specifically claims he was denied a promotion and was even demoted because Wilson gave preferential treatment to a female employee.

It claims Wilson bragged about employees not being able to do anything about his actions.

In the lawsuit, the employees say they want a restraining order and temporary injunction to keep Wilson away from the jail and themselves.

They also want this to go to trial.

ABC36 reached to the jailer, judge executive, and the county attorney. We were told the jailer wasn’t in, the judge executive had no comment, and the attorney was out of town.
