According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, someone called police with information about a shooting.

That led them to a home on Kingtree Court, near Kenawood Park, where they found a man with a gunshot wound around 7 p.m.

The paper reports police aren’t sure how old the victim is, but they do think he’s under 18-years-old.

Officers told the Herald-Leader the person who called about the shooting gave police a statement, but officers haven’t released any information about a suspect.
