How to report problems voting


FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- As election day approaches, it’s good to know where you can report suspected election laws violations.

You can call the Office of the Attorney General’s Election Law Violations Hotline at 800-328-VOTE (8683). The hotline is open now during regular business hours and will be open from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. Eastern time on election Day.

The number of complaints made and their location will display on this website.

The Office of the Attorney General says it also will have investigators throughout the state on Election Day.

The State Board of Elections, the Secretary of State’s office, Kentucky State Police, the U.S. Attorney’s office and the FBI also monitor voting.
