LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Deputies in Laurel County arrested a man who may be taking the Halloween season a little too seriously, according to officials.
Deputies say they arrested 36-year-old James Horton on Wednesday afternoon, after a disturbance complaint.
According to investigators witnesses saw Horton jumping in front of cars on US 25 and determined he was under the influence of drugs when they arrived.
They say Horton had two large butcher knives and a clown mask on him.
He’s charged with public intoxication.
